  This is a highly pretentious place. It’s seriously not worth a visit on a Friday or Saturday night. It is overpriced with £10 entry fee (London prices). The guest list promotions are a joke (wristband is about £10 but you have to be there before 11pm, otherwise invalid, and have entry to the VIP area.....wow)- very unlike London where guest list means free-entry. The décor is a hideous mix between Monty’s Tower (Weatherspoons) and Reflex. The dance floor is really small, the drinks are outrageously overpriced and the music played is so old it can be readily bought on the sale shelf in HMV, it’s that unpopular. The worse thing is that the different rooms play similar music...the point being? This is the place to go if you want to be suffocated by an air of arrogance and feel seriously short-changed at the end of the night. One would hope that as it’s so expensive the crowd of people that attended would be more ‘civilised’. Unfortunately the level of middle-aged sleaze is off the Richter scale, even more so than chavtastic Liquid. That being said, it is the only place that is open till 4am on the weekend. I seriously cannot wait till Buttermarket reopens.
