  It was around 10:50am and my first visit with a friend who has been there before. Was still trying to decide what to order when the barista said- "Can I help? I looked at her and smiled and told her we are still trying to decide but she didn't smile back and instead gave me a silent impatient look. we finally decided on the drinks and pancakes and I ordered a set of 5 mini coffee syrups which she just plonked into the paperbag that it made a loud sound as if it was breaking- the syrups were in glass bottles. I didn't see her name but her badge said Manager - maybe this manager needs a lesson in customer service? why so rude? very unprofessional. Will visit again as this is my local and would like to see an improvement- I do love Costa Coffee still.

  As always with costa, the coffee is good, the food is full of flavour and the muffins are wonderful, but this one stands out from the rest because of how polite the staff are. I've never been to any coffee shop with staff as genuinely nice as these.

  Quite a small shop although it is a bit bigger on the inside! Has a quaint little coffee shop feel rather a Costa but that is quite nice for the centre of town!
