  Decent and spacious pub with good food selection and plenty of drink choices.
  
  Plentiful indoor seating and an outdoor area as well for those sunny days.
  
  The place is very well priced for portion sizes and really enjoyed my curry dish which came with some accompaniments as standard..other places often charge extra for these so this was a nice bonus!
  
  Only complaint was that once food was served we were left to it and no one really came back over until we chased them....in the case of the children's puddings that came as part of the meal deal we had to chase twice by going to the bar.
  
  All in all though I'm sure this was a one off and would certainly go back there next time we're in that area. The food was very good and came at a good price, and the place itself is very nicely done out.

  Nice place and surroundings. Was very quiet(early Monday evening ) food took a long time for mains but were nice. Dessert took even longer. Crumble with custard and was disgusting and not eatable. Very poor choice for sweets.

  I went here 7 years ago it was good then and is still good now. Had a week day meal deal. Two for about £10 plus a few sides. Service was good the staff were polite and the price was average. This pub was full of business professionals and the blue rinse brigade lol. The pub has a massive range of drinks available including loads of real ales. I would defo go back on a mission and try as many as I can. It's worth a visit!

  Great staff and great range of ales and wine..
  Food is always lovely.. They have high chairs which is always good for little ones..worth a look if your near here
